Phyto Spa Review ~ Groupon

Groupon - Phyto Spa @ Cheras

After my last Bangkok Trip, all I needed was a good spa!
So I bought this RM 38 groupon that was worth RM for 160 minutes.

The moment I arrived the spa, a young Chinese lady came to me and asked, "Who Are You?" In Cantonese [Lei hai bin gor a?]. Not in a welcoming tone at all I swear. Shouldn't she be greeting me and asked how can she help me instead? Okay never mind.

Proceeding to the spa, when I entered the room I was not impressed at all. The room has musty smell and the towel that they provided was green in colour with yellow patches or the other way round. Wth! The frosted glass has a hand print on it and it literally creeped me out. Check out the pictures and you will know I'm not joking.

The massage bed.
Plus the unpleasant looking towel underneath the picture.
The creepy hand print that is there forever even in Groupon Pictures
Cracked wall
So it started like this, removed all clothes and put on disposable undies. Then, she applied the spa cream on my back and told me to wait with the plastic wrapped around my body, stinky!. So I waited for 30 minutes feeling uncomfortable and numb on my back, then the second I heard her foot step I was like, Phiew!! She removed everything and led me to the jacuzzi room allowing me to soak for 45 minutes. Wow! After a couple of minutes, I got bored and came out remembering my clothes was in the other room. So I walked out totally naked with just a towel covering me back to the room. She came in and told me to lay on my chest again, and that was when heaven begun. She started massaging my back. Finally! The massage was so comfortable!

Unfortunately it only lasted for like 10 minutes. Huhu! 160 minutes? I wish!

Sorry the light was too dim to take any nice pics .. ><

In the Jacuzzi Room

I tried taking selfies in the jacuzzi but something cute showed up. LOL. So, it GOT TO GO~~ haha

So, she served me a cup of tea before I left and asked me if I wanted any facial packages. I rejected and left.

And that's it guys! That was my RM 38 experience at Phyto Spa.

I went to this branch

Wake up! You Naive!!

Ola! Tudo bem?
My October did not begin really well. Something happened and it made me upset and dumb. My friend constantly say that I'm naive, but why? Just because I'm a little Nicer to people?

Alright, Naive. A person lack in world experience and believe whatever she was told. In short, you don't think ahead and have no awareness of danger. Doesn't sound like a compliment at all hur.. It's not!

It's kinda sad to know that the world is getting complicated. I meant the people. Many are fighting to survive, to climb higher, to be known, while some are just enjoying the simplicity of life. Lol.. What am I saying.

Being naive might seem cute to certain people, but at the same time makes you more vulnerable and easily hurt. How to not be Naive?

1) Trust no one but yourself.

Where ever you are, never believe that people are true to you just because they treat you better or smile at you. Some might just stab you from the back when you're gone. or not... haha
Stab from the back? =D
If you are naive, you'll be like..Nah~~ she's good, no worries. You'll never know what's in that person mind.
While I was training in a property firm, I noticed some of the people are very friendly. But somehow the next day I heard gossips about their bad personality that I never would have thought of. In fact, I didn't even sense it while conversing with them. Who knows.

2) Don't reveal too much about yourself or others

Shut up when you need to. Haha. Think before you speak, whether it is necessary to say it out. For example, family issue or friend's secret. Your story might end up passing around like a joke to other. People might spread your story creating rumors.

I was actually laughing..ops..
3) Read more, improve your knowledge and appearance

Know what's happening around the world. Be smarter so you can protect yourself from being hurt and at the same time gain respect from others. When you have knowledge, the way you speak and act would be more mature.
You won't ask or answer stupid question like me every single time!.. Damn it..I often regret the things I said or do..haha.. Pathetic

Always think ahead knowing what to do next.  Appearance does matter! If you don't wanna look like a kid wondering around your work place, then dress up.

4) Be confident

Hardest thing to do in my life. I'm trying very hard to be confident. Ain't easy. When you have the confidence, being naive is not an issue anymore, you don't have to give a damn at what people say about you. Having confidence means you know what you are doing and you're firm with your decision. Read more, it'll boost you're confidence level. Stand tall, look up and show your big ass nostrils! Like A boss! yeah~

Her 3D raindrops shirt. Lol

Wouldn't want to bore you with my story at the beginning of the post, so I'll Just write behind. I know i shouldn't wash my linen in the public but....It goes like this. I'd always like to hang out with my friends, cuz they bring me laughters. They teased and made fun of how I dressed or looked, but I didn't mind cuz friends do that right? I would bring them around, where ever they wanna eat or have fun. I thought we were closed, but no. Then one day, when I needed help. They're gone and I turn invisible since then. The end! Haha

Don't know how to shop?

Sadly, so do I. Sucks !
Whenever I step into a shop with loads of nice clothing,  what I'd do is walk around, flip those hangers with an empty brain. Talk about fashion sense, I have NONE!

I never know how to buy clothes, so normally I would just stand aside and let my mom or bestfriend pick for me. Before 21, 99% of my clothes are bought by my mom. Pathetic har? I know. After a few laughs from my highschool and uni friends about my daily outfit, I started to buy my own clothes, under my friends advice. =p

My bestfriend taught me how to dress and gave me ideas on choosing my own style. She told me always to pick a top and bottom to try them on. So I did. My first try was a failure. I remember wearing high waist shorts and a colar-T. They laughed so hard. Haha. No heart feelings of course.

If you have no fashion sense like me. Better choose your top n bottom outfit at the same time. If not you are just gonna put either one aside till it end up in the recycle bin. Even though the top fits you perfectly, without a suitable bottom, you still can't wear it. I wasted quite abit in this case because I have no clue what to match with the top I bought. ={ 3 weeks ago, there was a sale clearance from Jaspal. I bought a black and white top, I like it, but i can't find a short to match it. So, it's left in my closet till now. Pftt

I envy girls with great fashion sense, where they can picture/imagine outfit to match with what they've bought. Besides, I also admire girls with their own style. To me shoes and accessories determine a person's style. To be honest, I like to look at how girls dress when I'm at the mall. Haha. Too bad nothing is ever absorbed. My best style is only sleeveless and shorts. Lol.

ignore the awkward pose
No worries~ It will get better, it will get better.. ^^ Damn how I wish money grow on trees. Tchau!

Common Mistakes made by Hairdressers~

Yo! Its been awhile. My hair was so horrible that I got no mood to take selfie.. haha..
No way!
Today's topic is-- Why is it so hard to find my perfect salon!? Hur?! I always have trouble looking for the right person to trim or style my hair.
To find the only hairdresser that can make your hair rock your confidence is like searching for a pin in the ocean ..Lol..
I've been traumatized so many times by different hairdressers all because I can't find the salon that gives a good service. I don't go salon always as my wallet is forever tight. So, I'm not sure what is perfect service. To me a perfect service is when you listen to your customers need. Be gentle when they require you to. And has enough experience to style a girl with LONG HAIR! =)

Well, maybe you can afford to redo your hair or do as many treatments as you like. However for me, one mistakes under the knife or chemical means few months of PAIN.

Common mistakes made by hairdressers that makes me so concerned about stepping in to a new hair studio.

1. The Bang
So you want your bang to be at a certain length, but it almost always turns out otherwise. Too short! Some hairdressers cut exactly the length u wanted forgetting hair will curl slightly upwards after you shower. It's either you don't give a damn or straighten it everyday with the straightener.

Haha.. This was taken 2 years ago.. OK..I have short and round face. So straight fringe doesn't suit me. ^^

2. The Unwanted Ombré / wrong colour
Not dying your hair for a year like me..haha definitely leave a long healthy black root that is harder to dye than the lower ones. So early 2013 I went to a salon to dye my hair that cost me RM180. I told him  i wanted red, but ended up a fail bright blonde on the root, then yellow, orange and brown all the way downwards.. Wtf?! A gentle reminder, make sure they show you the sample colour palette b4 dying your hair.

FYI, I requested for red hair or violet red.

3. Burnt Hair
Another incident happened in the early 2012 when I decided to straighten my bang for RM110 in another Salon. Again only fringe. My hair is slightly curly, so most of the day my fringe is disobedient. haha. That was my first time rebonding my hair and it turned out disastrous. LOL.

Funny Story, I thought of looking neat and nice in the next semester but end up a burnt patch of pubic-looking front.. haha

4. Killer Claws
Urgh! For girl who has fragile hair and less hair. Stay away from hairdressers with long nails or just ask them to use finger tip instead. I've tried once and they literally hurt my scalp. =( traumatized to the max

5. Demanding Ones
Owh, this is common. When you tell your hair stylists this and they insist in giving you that and That is what you hate the most. I've a freaking frizzy hair that can't be tamed, so I can never have layered hair. So I told my hairdresser that, and he was like "don't worry, the layer I'm cutting is not really layer, just a little bit". =.=''

Haih~ He did not just layered my hair, but shortened it..damn it

Ignore the dumb face b4 bed. The hair cut came with the wrong colour. Awesome ay ^^

Wow, can't believe I have all those evidence with me. haha! Alright, everyone has different type of hair, so we can't totally blame it all at the hairdressers.
Lately I found a salon named STORM Hair Studio. Opened 3 years ago but the hairdressers have over 5 years experience. The price was not that expensive, I dyed my hair for RM129 and had treatment for RM89. My friend dry cut her hair for RM20. =) Erm, i'm still looking for a better hair studio because I need hairdressers with gentle hands, badly.
